AGRI-TREND Marketing Welcomes New Market-Coach, Kyle Sinclair to the Growing Network!

Born in Red Deer, AB my ag career didn't really begin until a sports injury shifted my work focus. As I rested a blown out knee I started learning technical analysis and strategies that can be applied to many different markets. I found an opportunity to begin in agriculture at a young brokerage company in Spruce Grove, this gave me great insight into ag markets in real time supply and demand. With this constantly changing market I became fascinated with trying to piece together market direction as well as market peaks and valleys to help producers make informed marketing decisions. After working at Agfinity for 3 years I decided to move to CorNine Commodities as a Commodity Trader / Analyst. While there I was able to gather more experience with different markets and achieve a broader market perspective and test my knowledge of markets with "skin in the game". I learned about AGRI-TREND and this position through a recruiting specialist, and I thought this would be an excellent way to help producers with different strategies for risk management and marketing. Having different perspectives and data being constantly shared through the AGRI-TREND's Network gives me great confidence when sharing these strategies that producers are receiving accurate information to make decisions appropriate to their farms needs. I currently call Lacombe home and will be looking to increase producer profitability between Calgary and Edmonton.

AGRI-TREND® Agrology welcomes Lindsay Brewin as a New Agri-Coach® to our growing Network!

I grew up on a mixed farm near Purple Springs Alberta. I was very involved with the farm growing up. My first paying job was rouging seed Canola fields. I graduated from Lethbridge College in 2005 with an Agriculture diploma. I worked as an Agronomist in retail Ag for five years and had a lot of different duties and responsibilities in that time. From there I took an keen interest in the plant nutrition side of the business and worked as a Territory Manager in speciality plant nutrition ranging from powdered micros to organic acids to liquid fertilizers for the last five years. In that time I worked closely with farmers and retails to help growers get the most out of their crops, I didn't just sell something to make a sale. I have worked with a wide variety of different crops and cropping practices. As a Territory Manager I worked with farmers from all over Alberta and also did work in BC and Montana. So I understand that every area every field is different. I know the ins and outs of farming and have a very strong work ethic because of my up bringing. I understand that every farmer has different budgets and comfort levels and different areas of their business that will allow them to push their ROI to the max. Working with the AGRI-TREND Network gives a wide range of knowledge from all different areas and specialities. This benefits customers greatly since they are not just taking the knowledge and experience from one individual, growers will be able to benefit from the entire Network. An Agri-Coach can be unbiased in recommendations and takes the time to be in the field and see problems or areas that can be improved on before it becomes a wreck. I can provide growers with a lot of knowledge and will work hard to make sure they are getting the maximum yield and return on investment.
